Squash Rules

The official WSF Squash Singles rules can be found by clicking on the button above.

All players are expected to be familiar with the rules and play/referee accordingly.

Have any questions? Ask your Club delegate or contact us.

How Do Match Nights Work?

The draw will consist of an approximately even number of home and away matches for each team.

The home team is expected to provide supper for the away team (unless a prior decision has been made to not participate in supper), and the away team must pay the away fees to either the Club or home team. If not sure who to pay, ask!

Matches are decided based on number of games won by teams. If the number of games won by each team is equal, then the rubbers won will determine the winning team.

Rent a Referee

If a refereeing team is unable to attend a finals match, they have the option to hire a referee to attend via Squash & Racquetball Victoria.
