Player Sign Up Template

Used to gather information regarding players' ability level, previous pennant experience and season availability.

Aimed at helping club competition administrators to create teams for upcoming seasons.

Although encouraged, pennant supper is now optional for hosting teams.

Teams not providing supper will inform the SSL Match and Pennant Chairperson prior to the start of the season, so that other teams may be notified.

Teams are not obliged to provide supper to teams who choose not to reciprocate.
